Before installing, I layed out the components on a table, did the set up per the instruction manual and tested each item by simulating alarm. The main controller didn't dial the tel# for the alarm and still it won't dial the telephone #s. Except the main controller issue everything else is still functional. Instruction manual need to be revised for the battery sizes mentioned for the motion detector and the alarm unit - need to be "AAA" and not "AA".
Finally the main controller is able to store the telephone numbers and dialing it on alarm the way it is supposed to do. It is good home security alarm system for the price. |
